Ouchy Toes!! Must say I've never had a blister from rinunng, I wear Ascis too, size 9. Funny thing is, everyother shoe I wear is a size 8-8.5..I am just so jealous of your youth and energy.? I'm hoping to get a 10K done this Nov and maybe consider a half Marathon in late spring 2012. I've been dealing with some IT band issues causing knee pain when I run over 6 miles. I may have to cough up the $50 a visit copay to see a physical therapist for some sport medicine work. You are just amazing
